Modern Eugenics: In A Nutshell

Understanding modern Eugenics can be a lengthy and mind boggling process. There are so many factors to consider, so many different philosophies and methods.

All modern Eugenics are funded, carried out and implemented by international bodies (WHO, IMF, UN, BIS), in conjunction with national bodies (governments, CDC, Health Canada). The international bodies get there philosophies and directive from the same place Hitler got his, the obscenely rich.

From these philosophies, modern Eugenics has developed the 'soft kill' method, whereby people are unknowingly slowly poisoned out of existence. This method proves more efficient because the slow moving effects prove more difficult to notice from generation to generation.

One of the more prevalent strategies of eugenics is feminization. This strategy is comprised of three basic ingredients food, water and air.

In our water is high levels of estrogen. In the GMO, our food, are generational sterilizers and in the air, radiation.

Feminization has some other side effects on population: explosively higher cancer rates in women, an increase in homosexuality, lower fertility rates, early puberty for girls (as early as six, the article says 8) and memory loss in boys.

It also has the grander effect of making men waker and more submissive. These men are easier to control and less desirable as mates.

This expensive and complex initiative is intentional, in that the legitimate concerns of citizens and scientists have routinely been ignored by governments.

If we continue to allow the standardization of Eugenics practices in Canada and around the world, international bodies will get their wish and succeed in severely or permanently damaging generations to come.

Defending Your Table: Handing out Free Materials in the City of Toronto

John | June 12, 2011

It is apparent that many Toronto Police officers either do not know the by-laws that govern Toronto's streets or willing twist them to harass and dissuade those who speak the truth. If you hand out free Truth Seeker materials and need a defense for you sidewalk table use this guide to demonstrate the law` to any officer who might prey on ignorance.

There are four essential Chapters of Municipal Code that deal with streets and sidewalks. Each has a unique pattern to its enforcement and thus these by-laws must be discussed separately.

THE LAW
Chapter 313
STREETS AND SIDEWALKS

§ 313-2. Obstruction or fouling of streets or ditches prohibited.
A. No person shall obstruct, encumber, injure or foul or cause or permit the obstructing, encumbering, injuring or fouling of any street.
B. No person shall place any obstruction in or obstruct or cause to be obstructed any ditch, culvert, drain or watercourse on any street.

Use of Metropolitan Roads
§ 313-45. Lease or licence for certain purposes.
A. [Amended 1995-03-27 by By-law No. 1995-0249] An owner or occupant of land that may be lawfully used for commercial or industrial purposes which abuts on the sidewalk, boulevard or untravelled portion of a Metropolitan road within the City's boundaries may apply to the Commissioner to lease or licence the use of the sidewalk, boulevard or untravelled portion of the Metropolitan road for the purposes
of:
(1) Display of merchandise under § 313-35.
(2) Operation of boulevard cafes under §§ 313-36 and 313-37.
(3) Installation of bicycle stands under § 313-38.
(4) Holding of sidewalk sales under § 313-25.

STREET — A "highway" as defined in subsection 1(1) of the Municipal Act,1 but
does not include a highway that is a Metropolitan road.

"highway" means a common and public highway, and includes a street and a bridge forming part of a highway or on, over or across which a highway passes; ("voie publique") Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.45

THE SOLUTION
In the event that an officer attempts to charge a person for impeding the sidewalk with a table that is giving away free materials, under Chapter 313, you may reject his charges under this logic:

A street is only a highway when it is connected to a bridge, that is to say, a sidewalk along a bridge counts as a highway. Any tables on a sidewalk that is not along side a bridge is actually a Metropolitan road. Only people selling goods are required to get a permit when on a Metropolitan Road.

THE LAW
Chapter 315
STREET VENDING

§ 315-2. Vending restricted. [Amended 1996-04-29 by By-law No. 1996-0228]
Subject to §§ 315-5, 315-19 and 315-20, no person shall at any time in, over or upon the road, sidewalk or boulevard of any public highway vend or otherwise stop, park, place, store, stand or leave any object, vehicle or thing on the road, sidewalk or boulevard for the purposes of vending unless the use of the road, sidewalk or boulevard is by a farmer or market gardener selling or delivering goods to any place of business or residence adjacent to the road, sidewalk or boulevard, if the farmer or market gardener is not selling or delivering from a vehicle parked, stopped or standing in a designated area established under this Article.

VEND - To sell or offer to sell by retail or to manufacture, display, place or expose for the purposes of sale by retail any service or any goods, wares, merchandise, products, crafts, jewellery, refreshments, foodstuffs, flowers or any other items whatsoever, and "vending" shall have a corresponding meaning. [Amended 1995-04-24 by By-law No. 1995-0276]

THE SOLUTION
If an officer attempts to charge you under Chapter 315 of the Municipal Code you may use this logic to reject his charges:

Vending is 'to sell of offer to sell' only and does not include materials handed out for free.

THE LAW
Chapter 743
STREETS AND SIDEWALKS, USE OF

§ 743-3. Publication dispensing boxes.
[Added 2005-12-07 by By-law No. 1070-200511]
A. No person shall place, install or maintain an installation on, along or in a City street unless the person has:
(1) Complied with the requirements of this section;
(2) Obtained all applicable permits required by the City;
(3) Paid all applicable fees as required by the City;
(4) Submitted applicable evidence of required insurance; and
(5) Entered into and is in compliance with an agreement.

INSTALLATION — A traffic control device, article or thing temporarily installed for a street event.

STREET EVENT — A temporary full or partial closing of a street to accommodate admission-free, or admission-restricted, races, runs, walks, and festivals.

THE SOLUTION
If an officer attempts to charge you under Chapter 743 of the Municipal Code you may use this logic to thwart him:

The act restricts only 'installations' on city sidewalks. An installation is installed for the purposes of a 'street event.' A street event only includes races, runs, walks and festivals and not a table used for passing out free materials.

THE LAW (1 of 2)
Chapter 693
SIGNS

§ 693-17. Temporary signs; general requirements.
A. General.
(1) No person shall erect, display, place or maintain a temporary sign except as permitted by this article.
(2) Temporary signs shall comply with all other applicable City by-laws.
(3) Where the provisions of this article are in conflict with any other by-law applicable to temporary signage, this article shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

TEMPORARY SIGN — A sign that is not permanently installed or affixed to any structure or building, and: [Amended 2010-08-27 by By-law No. 1072-201016]
A. Includes:
(1) A mobile sign;
(2) A portable sign;
(3) A real estate sign;
(4) An open house directional sign;
(5) A new development sign;
(6) A garage sale sign;
(7) A ground-mounted sign; and
(8) A construction hoarding sign.
B. Does not include a poster.

MOBILE SIGN:
A. A sign that is:
(1) Temporary;
(2) Designed for the rearrangement of copy on the sign face; and
(3) Part of, or attached to, a readily re-locatable wheeled trailer or frame without wheels.
B. Does not include a sign attached to a vehicle where the principal use of that
vehicle is the transportation of people, goods or other materials.

PORTABLE SIGN— A rigid free-standing moveable sign not fastened by any means to the ground or any structure, and includes an A-frame sign.

REAL ESTATE SIGN —An on-premises sign advertising the sale, rent or lease of the premises.

OPEN HOUSE DIRECTIONAL SIGN— A sign intended to direct traffic to a residence for sale or lease, but does not include a new development sign.

NEW DEVELOPMENT SIGN —A sign that is not permanently installed or affixed to the ground and where the purpose of the sign is to direct attention to the sale of new developments.

GARAGE SALE SIGN — A sign advertising the sale of merchandise in a private sale held on a property zoned residential.

GROUND-MOUNTED SIGN— A sign upheld by one or more supports constructed or driven into the ground for the sign's exclusive support but excludes both a real estate sign and a sign that is affixed to the ground by a self-supporting structure that has a permanent foundation below grade or above grade.
CONSTRUCTION HOARDING SIGN PROVIDER—A person who carries on or engages in the business of:
A. Installing construction hoarding or construction hoarding signs on behalf of others; or
B. Leasing or renting construction hoarding or construction hoarding signs to others.

THE SOLUTION
If you have signs displayed on your table and the officer attempts to charge you under Chapter 693-17 of the Municipal Code you may use this argument to dissuade him:

Temporary signs only include signs that are advertising sales and which are freestanding, affixed to the ground, driven into the ground or built to rearrange. A fabric or cardboard sign held in the hands or attached to a display table use to distribute free materials is not subject to these laws.

THE LAW (2 of 2)
§ 693-29. General restrictions.
A. Except as authorized by by-law, article in this chapter, or by agreement with the City, no person shall erect, attach, place or display, or cause or permit to be erected, attached, placed or displayed, any poster on, over or to any structure or thing, located on land owned by the City or any of its agencies, boards or commissions, including but not limited to:
(1) Parking meter ticket dispensers (pay and display machines) and parking meters, including the vertical support posts;
(2) Parking and traffic signs, including the vertical support posts;
(3) Street litter disposal containers;
(4) Newspaper boxes;
(5) Traffic control devices and signal control boxes;
(6) Trees;
(7) Street furniture;
(8) Bus shelters;
(9) Bicycle racks;
(10) Fire hydrants;
(11) Post boxes;
(12) Phone booths and call stations;
(13) Switching cabinets;
(14) Fencing of a construction site or demolition site required under Chapter 363, Building Construction and Demolition, Article III, Fencing of Construction and Demolition Sites;
(15) Kiosks;
(16) Utility poles; and
(17) Privately owned poles.

KIOSK — A structure, approved by the General Manager of Transportation Services, placed on a highway within the City for the purpose of posting posters and includes a poster board, a designated wall or other designated locations.

THE SOLUTION
If an officer attempts to charge you under Municipal Code 693-29 for hanging a poster on a table used for handing out free materials use the following argument:

The restrictions for hanging posters are limited to objects owned or maintained by the city placed on city property. Since we the citizens own that property, the restriction only applies to objects owned by the city on city property. A 'kiosk' only includes designated areas approved by the General Manager of Transportation, thus, anything not approved by the General Manager cannot be considered a 'kiosk.'

Who do you Trust?

John Kieffer | December 1, 2010

Information is everywhere and it is condensed into a series of perspective that seek order. This order creates belief systems which drive countries, religions, political agenda, medicine and the very foundations of human consciousness.

All information that we receive second hand is subject to those perspectives and thus the quality or accuracy of that information is immediately in question. So the question is who do you trust?

It seems all too obvious that most people trust who they are told to trust. Gigantic news agencies like Google, Yahoo, NBC, CBC, BBC, TIME and countless others pose as truth seekers spreading accuracy and well researched information all over the web.

If you research these news agencies you will discover an astounding correlation not just between news fact but news conclusions as well. That is to say that most news agencies boil down to the same points regardless of whether or not their arguments correlate.

Where does Canada get our information? Who do we trust?

It seems like we follow a bread trail of willful ignorance and world politics. Canadians seems to refuse looking into the soul of this country and seeing the black, weakly beating heart. At the end of the day the number of people who actually tell the truth are few.

But I am a Canadian, I tell the truth. I see our despondency, the poor rich who walk around in a debt facade. We need to take back our sovereignty by distributing good information that news media refuses to cover. Real issues that really affect us.

Here are some good and true facts that you can tell your friends:

1. Canadian Law, Bill C-36, allows police/RCMP to arrest citizens without evidence and jail them indefinitely without a trial for ANY reason.

2. The queen of England has executive power over Canada; it is part of our constitutional law.

3. Fluoride is a toxic waste by-product of aluminum and phosphate based fertilizer production. This toxic waste is then dumped in our water causing a multitude of health problems for citizens including sterilization and cancer.

4. The airports' Naked Body Scanners are a source of sever radiation. They also violate privacy and child pedophilia laws.

5. Chemtrails are sprayed almost daily on big cities around the world. Look up in the sky on any given day and you will see them.

Research all of these facts. Find the truth for yourself!

John Kieffer | December 1, 2010

The Toronto Truth Seekers (TTS) is a group dedicated to the pursuit of truth and justice for people around the world. They represent an ever-present and rapidly expanding group of individuals dedicated to exposing 9/11 truth to the public consciousness.

I became a member just a few weeks ago and attended my first meeting this past Saturday. It was a great experience handing out flyers and just getting into the the thick of things. I had conversations with many people who I thought were resistant to change, but, upon hearing my ideas, opened up.

If being a TTS has given me anything its a relief from the fear of my fellow citizen.

There are tones of similar groups throughout the net, but be careful and choose wisely.

Stephen Harper is Not Your Prime Minister

John Kieffer | November 30, 2010

Stephen Harper is a professional liar. His desire to implant the idea that Canada has no sovereign economy is so treasonous only a man protected by banker dollars could implement it without facing jail time.

Canada is sovereign, we have a border, a flag, a spirit and an economy that participates and competes with fervor and vigor. Do not defeat yourself Canada, believe in your own ability to grow and flourish despite the world crisis chaotically grinding on all of us.

Despite what Harper says, that it is time to release our sovereignty, we, the people, can choose to be free. This choice comes from your hearts, its is an ideology, a belief system, a reaching hand towards the truth, that we can be truly free.

The rest of the world may have great political, economical and military power, but so do we. And that power will explode if we go against the grain. Now is the time for freedom, now is the time to declare ourselves ultimately independent from those who seek to trap us.

The world economy is a black hole, its a blender for all of your equity and property and it will fail in bringing you freedom.

In order for Canada to be successful we must do the following:

1. Reinstate the powers of a new Bank of Canada that will issue our own currency. [Savings: 60 billion a year]

2. Remove income taxes. [Historically a decrease in taxes leads to an increase in spending and thus tax dollars]

3. Declare our independence from the British Monarchy. [A new Constitution and Bill of Rights will breath new life into our national spirit]

4. Detach insurance and lending companies from federal law. [No more forced insurance]

5. Prosecute, prosecute, prosecute. Those responsible for pilfering Canadian milk must be brought to justice. [Those who have worked towards reducing our freedoms]

Mr. Harper, you are no one.

If you really want to help our great country print out these pamphlets and hand them out to everyone who desires freedom.

Mob Rule

John Kieffer | June 1, 2010

After waiting for many months for a response from Canada's many MPs about tax fraud in this country I have come to a wall. Only one response addressed my questions of 312 letters send to government officials [found in the article "Dear Members of Parliament" under 'News']. The other 10 letters I received were mere receipts.

The one letter I did receive reads as follows:

"Dear Mr. Kieffer:

I am writing in response to your correspondence addressed to my predecessor, the Honourable Jean-Pierre Blackburn, which was received on March 2, 2010, regarding your income tax affairs. I also received a copy of your correspondence from your Member of Parliament, Mr. Laurie Hawn.

There is currently no provision in the Income Tax Act that allows taxpayers to determine the distribution of their tax money. In Canada's parliamentary system, revenues are allocated to government expenditures by the representatives of the people.

Your correspondence does not absolve you of your obligations or cancel your rights as a taxpayer. The federal government has the legal authority to levy and collect taxes. This authority and the constitutionality of Canada's tax system have been confirmed by every major court decision that has dealt with these issues. The courts have upheld the legality of the Income Tax Act under the Constitution Act, which includes the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The method used to calculate taxes owing or refunds is incorporated within the Income Tax Act and the Income Tax Regulations. Certain groups and individuals have distributed misleading information about income tax and the duties of the CRA, and you can find a fact sheet addressing this misinformation at www.cra.gc.ca/myths.

The CRA does not control or censor the advice that Canadians exchange concerning income tax matters. While individuals are entitled to their on opinions, they are, nonetheless, responsible for their obligations under legislation passed by Parliament and enforced by the court system. Following bad advice is not an acceptable excuse. The CRA's concern is that taxpayers who follow misleading information and accept incorrect advice could expose themselves to serious financial and legal problems. It is especially unfortunate that some individuals may have paid considerable fees for misinformation of this kind.

Altering the Income Tax Act to allow taxpayers to determine the allocation of their taxes would require an act of Parliament. Changes to tax policy and amendments to tax legislation are the responsibility of the Department of Finance Canada. I assure you that Finance Canada officials are aware of your concerns. Until the Act is modified, however, individuals are required to pay the full amount of tax required under the law.

I trust that the information I have provided is helpful.

Yours sincerely,

Keith Ashfield

c.c.: Mr. Laurie Hawn, M.P.
Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of National Defense"

For those of you who have read the letter in full, I understand your disgust and shame. For those of you who do not really understand why I am upset about this response, I will break my frustrations down.

1. The second paragraph reads:

"There is currently no provision in the Income Tax Act that allows taxpayers to determine the distribution of their tax money. In Canada's parliamentary system, revenues are allocated to government expenditures by the representatives of the people."

This man obviously has no sense of logic. Taxpayers determine the distribution of taxes through government representatives. It's a system for the people, by the people. His assertion that I have no right to question government spending is sickening to my core.

2. The third paragraph begins:

"Your correspondence does not absolve you of your obligations or cancel your rights as a taxpayer."

He's right; illegal government spending is what cancels those rights, as I explained in the letter at nausea. It is not only my right but my duty to question illegal activities conducted by our own government system against us. Blind allegiance to any party or to the legal system itself will lead us into tyranny, into the very thing Canadians work so hard to protect other cultures from. This is why we open our boarders and our minds.

3. His "Fact Sheet" is nothing but a hammer against lazy nails. I've never disputed the fact that taxes are a necessary part of any society that uses a monetary based economic system. I only question the use, method of collection and rates that have become increasingly stringent and menacing against the every day citizen. I am not trying to 'get out' of paying my taxes because I do not have to money, or because I am lazy. It is because I refuse to give money to a government that spends it destructively against both me and my country. The recent purchase of the G8 and G20 summit facilities is a telling example. Sound cannons, tens of thousand of officers and a boatload of amenities, buildings and luxuries build and bought for government officials sailing on our dime. Protesters are going to have a hard time later this month, be careful out there.

4. The final paragraph reads:

"Altering the Income Tax Act to allow taxpayers to determine the allocation of their taxes would require an act of Parliament."

Again, a misinterpretations of my words. This 'spin' strategy is popular with most Western politicians. "Spinning' is the basis of all lies and all hate within this country for the government; it disguises a blind eye behind a rhetoric of unrelated answers to real questions. I'm not concerned with any such act, I am concerned that this country is in the pisser, that the loss of jobs, the increases in taxes, the locking down on our rights, the increased police presence and aggression, especially here in Toronto, are all telling signs of tyranny. They point in the direction of slavery, debt society, government rule, the iron fist and the endless droves of chained men women and children carry rocks to some obelisk of lies.

5. I am worried. This website has seemingly got me into some trouble. And like a rock teetering over Wily Coyote's head, I fear I may be crushed. I probably will not spring back to my old self in the next scene.

Google and Yahoo bots are blocking up my computer, preventing me from using many website from my home. Inconvenient, but not life threatening. I am more concerned that the only response I received of 312 letters came from a liaison of the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of National Defense.

I would like to state for the record, that I am not a terrorist. I do not wish to instigate or incite violence, it is not a solution. I am not suicidal, I do not want to die, especially for some bureaucratic bullshit. I am not a terrorist, and have no wish or desire to kill or destroy government buildings or officials.

If I continue to push the truth, and I imagine I will, the system will probably come full board against me. I ask for your prayers, as I pray for people like Mr. Ashfield, who I pity greatly.

Carving Up Canada

John Kieffer | March 21, 2010

In the past 50 years the Canadian business sector has transformed from wild and independent to tamed and internationally owned. The Canadian economy is falling, hidden by our climb against the American dollar, and this is in part, due to the exportation of Canadian money and corporations.

25 of Canada’s most recognizable and quality brand names have been sold off to either American or European interests in the past 15 years. This ultimately will destroy our economy, draining both labour and profits into other economies in return for an increasing decline in the quality of goods and services. This is accomplished through a web of propaganda that leads Canadians to believe we are getting the highest quality service for the lowest possible price possible.

However, is clearly evident that the large corporate conglomerates that hold the majority share of the Canadian economy could not care less about the customer, or the Canadian citizen. If they did the quality of the beer I drink and the socks I wear would not be so poor and not be so expensive. Additionally, the corporations who hoard profits would return some of that money to Canadian citizens.

Instead, we have become the targets of systematic enclosure that professes not what is available in a market, but what is for you. These trends repeat in both law and government, handing people merely scraps while psychologically warping us to believe we are receiving a four course meal.

Canada is so anti-confrontational, so afraid to speak out against injustice and social delusion, that we cannot see the changes that will inevitably destroy this country.

The removal of national economic control and pride, through the constructed beast grid, will have many negative effects. Here are some:

1. Labour will be outsourced more heavily resulting in an expansion of government programs designed to employ. This is already happening with the ‘green job’ movement, essentially destroying not just the foundations of small businesses who cannot compete with slave driven corporations, but the very ideas of independence that Canada should be upholding. This stagnant strategy of non-competition in business, that is driven by a corporate monopoly, creates dependency on a system that makes its own rules, laws and ideas privately behind closed doors. If this is allowed our country will become so socialized, even more so than it already is; your rights will have become a privilege, will have become the very thing laws contrast.

2. Canadian money will become virtually worthless. The reason is that goods now do not overstay their welcome as they did in the past. Because many products break, and essentially become useless, before their time, Canadian will have traded all of their resources and labour for nothing but a pile of useless, low grade metals and plastics. Cars, speakers, jars and cooking ware are just some of the examples of products who formerly could last many life times, but are now nothing more than fad pieces, changed every spring and every winter by media whores propagating gluttony.

3. Canadian identity will be directed not by the innovations and hard work of Canadians, but in the direction foreign interests choose to drive it. Losing our businesses is about more than money. Canadians identify with companies like Bauer, Molson, Eaton’s and Tim Hortons. They are directly integrated into our psychology as signature Canadian companies. But when foreign interests grab a hold of Canadian identity, they become not the creators of identity, but the propagators of ideological directiveness. This would not be bad if these companies were more public about their sale, or if they weren’t being bought by foreign interests intent on breaking Canada into small, manageable pieces. But this is the case, unfortunatly. Canada was built on immigrants who came here to start something new, a new life. But now this new life is ruled by the same people who’ve spread tyranny to the rest of the world. We can no longer claim Canada to be a bastion of safety and freedom. We were never the young aspiring country most people though we were. The control stemming from Britain is only now manifesting itself into an incremental repeal of Canadian independence and civil rights.

4. Government policy, which has always been in part directed by the business sector, will now become part of a foreign directive to manipulate federal and provincial government. Its worse than being manipulated simply by Canadian interests because identifiably Canadian law will become lost in foreign legal ideologies. This is due to the fact that the policy makers are now unidentified corporations with black list owners, most certainly not Canadians. As the government takes the final plunge into the shark tank within the next few years so too will Canadians. The zombied masses, for lack of a better analogy, will be indoctrinated fully into the psychology of not caring, not worrying, not thinking and not knowing what it truly means to seek out and have freedom and thus they will lose theirs. Hitlerian propaganda is assuredly the face of our new belief system; one that tells people to be fat, lazy and stupid, regarding life, and energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about the empty goals laid out for them by corporate media and social delusion.

5. Military resources will now pass through third, international parties, in any time of emergency. The governments gain of new green employees is their loss of one more barrel of oil, one more can of food, one more weapon. An army dependent on offshore owners who may have no interest in protecting Canadians, and may even encourage our destruction, much like Prescott Bush during WWII, will have complete legal, financial and tangible control over our destiny. We sold everything so cheaply, so easily and so willingly, that there is nothing left to rebuild on. Although I believe that the loss of ownership of our identities only encourages Canadians to stand up and make new paths, it is increasingly apparent that the new system will squash any attempt of emerging innovation. The reason is simple, the grid seeks to enslave us, one way or another, not forcibly, but by convincing us its what we want. The military was, in the past, built and held by men. Now it is merely controlled through a complex system of economic, psychological and technological control. As more companies are bought up by blank faces, our products will rapidly transform into tools of this grid, meant to control. Its already happening with tracking through cellphones, Facebook and Google accounts. Our food is altered, our water filled with toxic chemicals and our schools teach prophetic greed to our children.

6. The majority of these businesses have unfortunately met either two demises. They have either shut down Canadian plants around the country and exported Canadian job or have crashed the businesses they purchased dirt cheap. The reasons, I repeat, are to destroy Canadian freedom, simple. Please take the time to research this for yourself, you will be disturbed at the sheer number of Canadian jobs lost in the past 15 years, even before the fake economic crash.

Here is a list of Canadian companies sold off in the past 15 years. Some of the dates were impossible to back up through media due to the private nature of the sales and I apologize for any inconsistencies or errors that result from the complex nature of corporate acquisition.

Achieving Democracy and Capitalism

John Kieffer | March 5, 2010

So what is the solutions to the current economic and legal turmoil that Canada is currently experiencing? Is there a solution or are we damned to a life of socialist despotism?

There are a wide range of things the government of this country can achieve in order to return Canada to a path of economic growth and secure our rights; here’s the plan.

1. Scrap the current taxation system and replace it with a free-base taxation system. This essentially entails taxation on currency interactions and the removal of income taxes. All taxes would be proportional to the economy, meaning that you are taxed when you reference the economy using a national currency. That means taxation on every interaction of monies, both foreign and domestic, minus food. A system like this would greatly reduce the taxation rate and give the economy the shot in the arm it needs. This also means that the value of our dollar is declared in relation to our GDP. This idea might seems scary for smaller countries and economies, but in truth, the GDP of say, the United States, must take into account its national debt, meaning that debt societies have essentially an almost worthless currency in relation to a free-based economy with little or no debt.

2. Scrap our national debt owing to private banks. The interest we pay every year to private banks is criminal. There is no reason for our government to be borrowing money from private interest when we can borrow it from the public (Bank of Canada). Essentially, private collection of public funds is illegal because the taxation system cannot be used as a front to pay into non-essential services. In addition, the banks and politicians involved in creating this system should be investigated and prosecuted.

3. Begin the systematic banning of products, wholly or in part, manufactured in slave labour or perpetual debt economies. These corporations must be held accountable for offshore exploitation of peoples and resources: in other words, we cannot associate with companies who break Canadian laws even when those crimes are not committed in our own country.

4. Tear down NAFTA. This free trade agreement, at its base level, is nothing more than a means of confusion. The tariffs and taxes associated with trade need not apply in a free-base economy.

5. Remove ourselves from the UN. The UN has done more harm than good to national economies and to world-wide freedoms. It is pointless to be associated with a group of people who do not think.

6. Rescind the banker bailouts and hold all politicians and businesses involved in co-opting public funds illegally.

7. Revamp our current public education system. Education is a big problem in this country. Our schools should not just be teaching fundamental skills like reading and writing, but the fundamental ideas that helped create this country. Our children know nothing of our economic systems and how it is supposed to work. A national ignorance is the single most contributing factor to our current decline in both our rights and economy. We must teach our children not just how the system works, but why it is built the way it is. We must encourage our children to start their own businesses. We must teach our children how to grow their own food. We must teach our children basic medical procedures. These are essential ideas that man has passed down throughout history, yet our children know little of how to survive on their own, independent of dependency.

8. Promote good health through the agricultural systems. The food we eat directly effect our health. It is important for us as a populace to realize which foods do what to our bodies. Much of the food found in grocery stores has been modified chemically. Modified food is modified health, simple. By investigating companies and corporations who use hormone treatments, GMOs and heavy pesticides we can reduce disease and relieve pressure on the medical system.

9. Legalization of all naturally growing drugs, i.e. marijuana and mushrooms. These drugs are not refined or manufactured, they are merely picked and consumed, thus it is inconceivable that a government could declare an unrefined plant illegal.

10. Pull out of Afghanistan. There is no reason to be there, no reason that our soldiers are dying.

11. Take our country to the skies. We need to sever all ties to previous monarchies and despotic societies that came before us. Remove the Queen from the back of our coins, eliminate all legislative ritual that ties Canada into Britain, take small incremental steps to create our own culture that stands both independently and in camaraderie with the rest of the world.

12. Prosecution of media consortiums that systematically spread news that backs corporate interests or otherwise creates propaganda in order to control peoples and ideologies.

These steps will transform Canada into the leading country in economic and social development. Our economy will explode, immigration to this country will increase exponentially. We will spread freedom and inspire the rest of the world to stand up and say no to tyranny. These solutions are within our grasp, they are simple and easily implemented. We will succeed if we follow to path to freedom.

The Black Hole Effect

John Kieffer | February 18, 2010

Taxes are by far one of the scariest and most intimidating facets of the government. Its a confusing, angering, contradictory and downright illogical system. I would like to explain to you how the tax system works to create an economic black hole into which public funds disappear.

There is a competing flow in the payment system that collects taxes in order to pay for universal services: utilities, education, health care, military and the government itself. The diagram below illustrates how our black hole system works.

BlackHoleEffectPublic funds [taxes] are collected from businesses who collect taxes from the public when money is exchanged for goods. That money is collected and pooled to pay for universal services. However, the tax department has implemented another counter system in which the public pays into the same pool through income taxes.

Income taxes place the burden of taxes on the payee rather than the payor. This reverse taxation was one of the founding principals that has plagued the Canadian taxation system. It is unnecessary to tax citizens who already pay taxes on goods and services; known as double tax.

So why the double tax?

In 2009 the Canadian GDP was 1.33 Trillion dollars. The government budget was 232 billion. The chart below breaks down these numbers.

table1.1If you look at the chart you will notice two strange figures. First, the public debt charges and second, stimulus funds.

Public debt charges are essentially interest the public is paying based on debt assumed from private banks. Traditionally, a capitalist country isn’t supposed to borrow its own money from a private bank when they could just borrow from the public. Thus, modern public debt is a black hole of spending, where the country is paying interest on money it has borrowed, or created, for itself.

The resultant effect is inflation, because the amount of money increases through invisible interest, without there table1.2being an increase in goods.

The second strange number is the stimulus package. The stimulus package is the first open use of public money used to fund private business. Thus, not only do citizens pay service fees and interest to banks, but we pay taxes to keep those businesses afloat; we prop up a dead cow.

This double tax on the public and removal of pubic responsibilities on big banks creates a black hole in the economy that will consume the majority of citizens and thus the basis of our economy tearing this country to pieces.

The CRA tries to justify thus double taxation through write-offs, meaning, if you have payed tax on a product once, you are exempt from that tax if the product was for the purpose of business, your dependents, excessive health care costs, etc. The problem with this system is that it disallows individuals who are employed as being defined as conducting business when they go to work. This creates a double standard in which the amount of write-offs a citizen can claim are disproportionate to the amount of taxes they are paying between income and spending. This is true especially for small business.

For example, depreciation only allows you to claim a certain percentage of a piece of equipment at only a percentage of that equipment's worth over the period in which that business is still running. Thus, the taxes you paid to buy that piece of equipment aren’t fully returned to the taxpayer.

Conversely, corporate taxation allows heavy claims to be made for big business, the profits of which are carted directly to individuals who pay no tax due to government spending; i.e. the banker bailout nullifies any tax those banks would pay, if not overdraft it.

This is a part of the same black hole, draining public funds into private business.

So, if the system is broken, what do we have to do in order to fix it?

First, get rid of perpetual debt by borrowing from the Bank of Canada interest-free.

Second, rescind the banker bailouts and allow those businesses to crash naturally.

Third, untangle the taxation system with two base taxes: sales tax and income tax. Both taxes are paid by the payor, not the payee. FreeBaseTaxationThe reason this system works perfectly is simple, money can only be taxed when it uses a public forum, the economy, to asses its worth.

Based on current numbers of the GDP, minus food, the entire country could have a base tax of 15% and retain all of its services. This removes, completely, income taxes as we know them now. It also gets rid of the burdens of depreciation and write-offs.

Under this simple taxation system all government costs will be met, the flow of money will be restored, thus restarting the Canadian economy that has been controlled and stagnated for years through a banker-base economy. Its time to resurrect the free-base economy.

Dear Members of Parliament

John Kieffer | Feb 14, 2010

I will not be paying my federal income taxes for the period of 2009, despite having filed. The reasons lie in the illegal allocation of government funds to private organizations. The following information is all available on the internet, in books and newspapers. Please take the time to consider the magnitude of fraud that is currently plaguing not only Canada, but the world. The majority of this fraud is financial in nature, but it leads, invariably, to the removal of human rights and destruction of our freedoms. I am implicating the Harper government as responsible for this fraud and I would like an explanation.

The Canadian Tax Fraud Scandal:
Illegal Government Spending, Illegal Tax Collection

In 2009 the Harper administration broke the legal and moral bond between public government and private corporate interests when it committed $75 billion dollars of taxpayer money to a group of corporate banks, pushing Canada into a $64 billion dollar deficit. This will eventually lead to an increase in taxes and/or a reduction in services in Canada without cause.

I will outline why this transaction was illegal and how it was implemented.

The Loan and Trust Corporations Act states:

Money received by a trust corporation as a deposit shall be deemed to be held by it in trust for its depositors and the trust corporation shall be deemed to guarantee the repayment thereof. 2001, c. 8, s. 124.

Section 155. outlines a banks fiduciary responsibility to its customers to maintain assets equal to those held. However, the banking bailout suggest that banks had no responsibility for the funds that could have been potentially lost in the open market due to a crash. Under section (155.) banks and banks alone have a responsibility to repayment thereof. If they cannot guarantee such payment their vitality as a business is no longer recognizable and thus it fails. The CDIC insures that consumers monies are protected in the case that a bank collapses financially, as it states in the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporations Act:

The objects of the Corporation are
(a) to provide insurance against the loss of part or all of deposits;
(b) to promote and otherwise contribute to the stability of the financial system in Canada; and
(c) to pursue the objects set out in paragraphs
(a) and (b) for the benefit of persons having deposits with member institutions and in such manner as will minimize the exposure of the Corporation to loss.

The bailout contradicts both the integrity of the CDIC and section (155.) of The Loan and Trust Corporations Act. It is illegal to provide a bailout of public money to any privately owned corporation because the fiscal responsibility of that corporation rests on those who own it.

It is regrettable that I feel I must explain what an open market system is and why governments are not supposed to fund private corporations and banks. All companies, businesses and corporations are privately owned, meaning that the profits of those companies and rights to change and manage those companies are laid on the shoulders of either an individual or a council representing an individual. Public facilities and utilities are owned by the state and thus the people; such as the health care system, waterworks, etc. Privately owned businesses exists as a part of an open market, meaning that their value and vitality is based upon the demand from the public for that business’s products and/or services. High demand usually means a business is thriving and low demand usually indicates a business is failing.

When a business fails and files for bankruptcy, the tangible goods are collected and divided among debtors to equalize debt that that business may have incurred during its existence. This happens as part of a natural process that regenerates the markets. Ie. as in nature when a large tree falls, it rots and springs new life. Without this precious and fragile system in place large and controlling business that are allow to grow artificially beyond their means consume more resources and/or profits that what they are producing. When this happens an economy becomes scoured, and these businesses and corporations begin to grow fat with their own consumption and greed. This results in the destruction of smaller business, as they cannot thrive in a double standard system that commits public funds and resources to a dead business. To prevent this from happening, our economic system has many checks in place. The first and foremost of these checks is the separation of state and market, for the state is purely in place as a regulator and the market is in place to create growth. When these two systems are integrated, as the bailout suggests, the economic and regulatory systems become absolute. The obscurity and blurring of the lines easily allows corporate interests to bypass the regulatory system in order to create laws and legislation that will benefit them exclusively. Meaning, when businessmen take control of parliament, parliament takes control of business.

The banking ‘crisis’ was a step in the wrong direction and a blurring of the lines between the regulatory and market systems. A prediction was presented to the government that stated the economic system of Canada would collapse if the government did not provide the largest of Canada’s banks with taxpayer money to settle the economy and prevent a recession or even possibly a depression. There was no evidence provided for this supposed collapse, there was no discussion about the validity of the theory, there was not an inquiry done by the government to investigate these claims nor did the Harper administration ask the public what they thought of the theory. There are good reasons for this.

The first reason is that the collapse or recession of Canada’s economy cannot be achieved by the collapse of big banks alone. When large businesses fall smaller, ones take their place. Additionally, the monies held by these banks are secured by the CDIC. Thirdly, banks are merely vaults for people’s equity or debt. All of a banks business can be boiled down to numbers in a computer. The health of such a corporation cannot be measured by the sums of money that they hold, but the profits they make either investing that held money and/or the charging of service fees to its customer for holding that money. Additionally, banks also provide investment services and debt management service so that they may make additional profits.

The profits are privately cuddled to individual owners of these banks. If, as the bailout proposes, the private banking system is so integrated into the public that any wavering of its success would destroy the economy, then why is this system not publicly owned?

I have read through many documents pertaining to the responsibilities and definition of what a bank really is. Such documents as: Canadian Business Corporations Act, The Banking Act of Canada, The Loan and Trust Corporations Act and the Bill of Rights. Two of these documents seem to contradict one another when it comes to defining what a banks is. The Canadian Business Corporations Act states:

(4) No corporation shall carry on the business
of
(a) a bank;

Yet The Loan and Trust Corporations Act states:
“corporation” means a loan corporation or a trust corporation; (“société”)

So which is it? Is a bank a corporation or is it not a corporation? And in the case that it isn’t, what is a bank?

The obscurity of such a definition seems incomprehensible. Its meaning, I believe, resulted in an obscuring of the definition of a bank in order to legally contradict all big bank’s existence to preclude them from speedy prosecution in the event of an audit or investigation. I cannot prove this due to the inaccessibility of The Loan and Trust Corporations Act prior to August 2001; changes made to The Loan and Trust Corporations Act during that period, have made this obscurity possible. This process was overshadowed by the events of September 11, 2001 and the public has little awareness of such a strange twist in our open markets.

Banks have been elevated above the open markets. Their wealth is carted off to an individual, yet when that same bank is in financial trouble it is not that individual who pays but the collective public sector. This false conception that because banks are traded in the open market to citizens of Canada, who can buy and trade shares in these banks, banks are, in turn, given public status. But, public means accessible to all citizens. Health Care is public, meaning any Canadian citizen may receive it. However, not all people can afford to buy shares in a large bank; those individuals are excluded from trading such a stock because they are not able to purchase it. This separation is what makes banks private, they are owned and traded exclusively by people with enough money to do so. Conversely, our public works ensure money is not an issue when it come to the health and survival of Canadian citizens. The open market or even a monopoly in an open market does not give a corporation, a bank or any business the right to claim that it is so fully integrated into our daily lives that it is in fact public. Profits do not return to Canadian citizens. Bank’s profits are not funding Health Care, road repairs, infrastructure, utilities or any other form of public domain. This clear cut profit hoarding is the right of every business, every private business.

Ultimately, even if the impending economic crash was possible or even conceivable as a theory, the market system is designed to absorb any amount of financial turmoil. Much like the great depression and crash of 1929, this event was based on staged fear mongering on behalf of businesses that desired a stranglehold not only on small businesses but over governmental systems by convincing these regulatory systems to create unnecessary legislation to elevate banks above the law. The bailout was a process greatly reminiscent of Nazi Germany in the mid and late 1930’s. The integration of private systems with governmental systems lead the way for Nazi Germany to enslave its citizens as property of the state. This was accomplished through fear and lies spouted form the mouth of Hitler himself. He convinced his own people that Germany/Austria was a singular family that had to defend itself from the rest of the world. Thus all gold, silver and valuable belongings, especially those belonging German and Austrian Jews, were to become part of the state through a mass confiscation.

In that same way the banks have confiscated public money through fear-mongering, pushing Canada back into deficit, in order to control the financial systems even more rigorously that they have in the past. This debt to Canadian citizens is a result of a family system, one that suggests business and government are one. Yet the debt, if I may suggest, is to ourselves in that case. We paid a non-private, non-governmental bank, whose interest lie solely in that of the public, to continue a privately owned business that charges service fees and banking fees to its customers in order to create profit that is procured to the individual ower(s) of those banks. As you can tell, this confused statement is no less a representation of modern banking in Canada.

We are at a crossroads and both paths lead to bloody ends. We must, as a people, declare big banks as criminals, seizing their assets and distributing their wealth amongst Canadian citizens, effectively re-instituting open markets by forcing a dead, propped up cow to the ground so that it may rot. The alternative is much more frightening. It involves allowing banking interests to continue their parade down into a privately own regulation system, a privately owned government, that makes its own rules, declares how and where the open market system will go, what its growth will be and who will be excluded from such growth. Hitler’s conquest of his own nations of Germany and Austria followed such lines. I will say this, I am not a slave to the state or to any private business. I will not endorse any government who profiteers for any bank. I will not pay taxes to the Canadian government until there is an investigation and someone is indicted, both in government and private business. I will not yield to any threat or pressure from either the private or public sectors. I will not serve jail-time, nor will I be subjected to fines or a removal of my rights until the banker bailout can be lawfully justified or until justice is served. I am not a criminal.

This lawful protest is supported by Canada’s laws. First and foremost, the Bill of rights states:

1. It is hereby recognized and declared that in Canada there have existed and shall continue to exist without discrimination by reason of race, national origin, colour, religion or sex, the following human rights and fundamental freedoms, namely,
(a) the right of the individual to life, liberty, security of the person and enjoyment of property and the right not to be deprived thereof except by due process of law;
(b) the right of the individual to equality before the law and the protection of the law;
(c) freedom of religion;
(d) freedom of speech;
(e) freedom of assembly and of association; and
(f) freedom of the press.

I am aware of these rights.

Secondly, the Taxpayer Bill of Rights States:

1. You have the right to receive entitlements and to pay no more and no less than what is required by law.
11. You have the right to expect us to be accountable.

Because the bailout violates section (155.) of The Loan and Trust Corporations Act, the collection of any taxes that would pay for this resultant debt is unlawful. Therefore, legally, under section 1. of the Taxpayer Bill of Rights, the CRA cannot justify the collection of such taxes. The CRA is accountable to each and every citizen of Canada and thus have the responsibility to explain to Canadian citizen why they are financing privately owned banks.

These egregious actions by both financial institutions and our government demonstrate gross incompetence and criminal, treasonous actions that directly infringe on the rights of Canadian Citizens on behalf of Canadian Citizens.

There is a country on this planet that has been completely ravaged by their own banking system. Iceland has recently become the target of economic assassination. Their banks were targeted with fears, unfounded fears, by prominent UK economists. This fear lead to the fall and acquisition of a top three Icelandic bank by a UK bank. The debt served was placed on the Icelandic public, who were told they must pick up the slack on behalf of the seized bank. Their refusal to do so lead to a freeze of the Icelandic economy by the UK under its Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Securities Act 2001. As a result the UK is requesting Iceland join the EU, something they have opposed since its creation. Although this is a simplification of what transpired, it calls to us to question the banks of Canada and their intentions.

I am going to lay this out simply. The Harper government gave banks money after they had broken the law, Section 155. of the Loan and Trust Corporations Act, when they claimed capital equivalent to a market crash would be lost in the near future. The bailout was therefore an act of aiding and abiding criminals, thus the tax department cannot justify the collection of taxes from any citizen of Canada.

I ask you, I plead, please find the strength to investigate what I have revealed. We are all in this together, and we either fight or fall into the clutches of financial slavery. I am reaching to anyone that can bring justice, anyone that has any influence and can properly investigate these events so that we may come to terms with the crimes committed against our beautiful country. Although this bailout is the elephant in the room, it merely stands on the shoulders of a pyramid of lies a deceit. It may seem redundant to continue exposing these frauds after looking at such a clear cut example; but there are several other facets in which this crime syndicate pours form. If you are not enraged already, here are some additional reasons why you should be.

The Health Care System and The Private Disease

Much like the banker bailout of 2009, private institutions aimed to bail Canadians out of another looming disaster. This time it came in the form of the Swine Flu Vaccine. In early 2009 the media began a blitz that explored the possibility of a pandemic devastating Canada and the rest of the world. This virus, know as Swine Flu or H1N1, was said to be much more deadly and much more easily spread that the yearly flu.

The Canadian government, without seeking any evidence, reports or research on this Swine Flu, immediately began to legislate to Parliament that Canada should be prepared. And so, the pharmaceutical companies, that quickly mustered up a vaccination, were ready to sell to Canadians. It is of utmost importance that I stress this next fact: the vaccination was NEVER tested, not once. There was no public release of data of any kind related to either the effectiveness of this vaccination or its possible side effects from a scientific study. Yet the Canadian government took it upon itself to buy up enough vaccinations for the entire country, approximately $1.5 billion dollars worth.

This campaign has several paralleling similarities to the banker bailout. First of all, fear-mongering set a precedent for change. There was no evidence that this virus was as deadly or as malicious as the media, the government and the pharmaceutical companies presented it. Obviously, the death toll for this virus is no where near the yearly death toll of the regular flu (12,799 total H1N1 deaths worldwide according to the CDC on January 8, 2010. 36, 000 deaths for regular flu yearly in the U.S. alone according to the CDC). But the creation of fear seemed enough at the time to force legislations through the Canadian parliament in order to frivolously spend $1.5 Billion on the vaccine alone. This does not include campaign costs to convince parents and young adults to get vaccinated.

What is most disturbing about this case is the apparent lack of concern the government has expressed in relation to the negative side effects the H1N1 vaccination has on those who take it, especially in the case of our children. After the vaccination was distributed it surfaced in the news that the concentration of mercury and saline in this particular cocktail would have detrimental effects on human beings who took it. Geon barre syndrome, autism and an increased risk of spreading H1N1 to those not vaccinated are the three major and common side effects the vaccination has been producing. In addition it can cause organ failure, destruction of the liver and multiple neurological disorders beyond those mentioned already. The reason is that mercury, a deadly metal, has a multitude of side effects on the mind. Merely injecting it is not enough however. The vaccination weakens the immune system by creating anti-bodies that attack the bodies immune system due to the particular construction of the vaccine’s cocktail.

This vaccination was never tested. Yet the Canadian government went along with the fear-mongering and spent taxpayer money in order to forcibly subject us to false claims of our need to be vaccinated; this continues now, well after the flu season’s peak. Just as the banker bailout put Canadians into a financial debt that is now becoming increasingly dependent on banks for financial viability, so too has our health. This generated scenario, through the application of the H1N1 vaccination, reduces the quality human health with side effects that make Canadians more docile and more dependent on the pharmaceutical industry to produce additional drugs to combat these side effects. And we paid them to do it.

This scheme infringes on my right under section (a) of the Bill of Rights, that ensures my security as a Canadian citizen. It is the governments responsibility to ensure Canadians are not subject to false claims made by private corporations who, in-turn, profit from those same claims.

The evidence is in retrospect. The EU has since begun an investigation into the implementation of the H1N1 virus and vaccine. They intend to explore the possibility that not only was the virus hyped by the media in order to increase profits, but the virus itself was manufactured by the corporations who produced the vaccine. It is unclear at this point whether or not such an investigation will turn up any evidence that such a conspiracy took place, however, it would be wise for the Canadian government to conduct an investigation themselves. Obviously we have been had, considering more than %50 of the vaccines were never used and will likely expire. In spite of that, the virus never spread to the majority of citizens.

I beacon to you, investigate the science on your own. Look for smaller, private doctors who have conducted their own studies on both the virus and vaccine. Their conclusion are no less relevant that those of a large corporation or governmental body. My ultimate belief is that the integration of government and private business witnessed openly in the banker bailout is responsible for the H1N1 fiasco. Meaning, our government has strong enough ties to the corporate pharmaceutical world that would encourage it to make quick and unfounded decisions based on no science, but fear alone. Please, please research this for yourself.

H1N1 will no doubtably fizzle out of the public consciousness, as this is not the first time disease and/or disease hype has been manufactured. Mad cow disease was a result of bad farming by larger corporate owned farms. Avian Bird flu mysteriously has disappeared along with SARS and eventually H1N1. Some would argue that it is the result of a concerted effort to save the citizens by a responsible government. I am, however, much more skeptical of that. But without the investigation into those possibilities, how can we ever know?

There is more to this story.

Carbon Taxes and the Human Credits

One of the most ridiculous claims made by modern science is also the most evidently disputed. Global Warming emerged publicly in the late 1990’s. It is the offspring of another theory proposed by the Canadian born, long-time UNer, Maurice Strong, in the 1970’s called Global Cooling. The fear was then as it is now, that the weather would change dramatically due to the human output of carbon dioxide.

The theory was struck down as ridiculous in the 1970’s because there was no science behind it. The fossil fuel scare also dissuaded the public from such fears. However, Maurice Strong has, through Al Gore as a vassal, resurrected his dreams of a weather disaster of epic proportions. Global Warming proposes that carbon emissions trap additional heat and radiation in the Earth’s atmosphere causing the ice caps to melt. This will result in the disruption of the Agulhas Current that runs from India to Europe. Upon the disturbance of this flow warm water will no longer reach up to England’s coast and thus the entire Earth will fall into a snap ice-age.

There are several problems with this theory, and even the CBC produced a documentary disproving these claims (Global Doomsday Called Off). First of all, every planet in our solar system is currently recording ice cap reductions. This is due to an increase in solar activity on the part of the sun. Secondly, global temperatures, despite no reduction in carbon emissions, have cooled in the past 8 years. And thirdly, no scientist, meteorologist or weather expert, outside of the UN, have confirmed this theory as accurate. In fact, the true number of people who dispute it is staggering.

Look for documentaries around the world that take a second look at the science, notably: The Great Global Warming Swindle, Global Warming Doomsday Called Off and Green House Conspiracy.

The science is not good, yet in Vancouver citizens are already paying carbon taxes. This is ridiculous, the government has no grounds to charge citizen for exhaling or expelling a natural, life bringing gas. It is not a poison, it is not bad for the environment. True environmental pollution comes from heavy manufacturing companies who do no properly recycle their waste. CO2, in increased doses, actually promotes plant growth world wide. Much like and increase in grain will increase the amount of mice and thus the amount of predators who prey on those mice. This is basic science and having to explain it to anyone who has graduated from the Canadian educational system is painful and confusing.

Why are Canadian paying carbon taxes?

The reason is two-fold. First, carbon taxes are universally applicable. All living animals produce CO2, all vehicles produce CO2, even plants expel a small percentage of CO2. Thus every facet of life, including human existence, is now taxable. These funds go to the UN who have declared themselves keepers of the environment. The UN has no right to co-opt public funds in order to carryout an agenda based on bad science. This universal currency, know as Carbon Credits, are privately owned, because the regulation of such a system is based on scientific objectivity and not openness. Meaning the worth of Carbon Credits are privately determined; privately, as in, not publicly.

A world-wide catastrophe prevention organization should not profit and those profits should not go to any individual. The point of such an organization would be to save humanity, not wrap it in the clutches of an international body whose faith lies in the hands of privately owned corporations. Namely, Al Gore stands to make billions of dollars, as he is heavily invested in the carbon trading world.

Additionally, Carbon Credits can be bought and sold, meaning that corporations and individuals can pollute just as much if they can afford to. Thus, according to the UN, if we can pay the way to our own destruction, we will.

This is sickening; this is such a violation of human rights that the individuals involved should be mercilessly punished: their treason cannot be judged by any single court.

And in this scam we find another parallel to the banking bailout. Fear was created in order to move legislation to fight an imaginary demon that would consume the world. The responsibility to fight such a demon was placed in the hands of the very people who created the panic. This is what true evil is. Taking innocents and openness and exploiting it with lies, confusion, fear, hate and punishment. Carbon taxes exploit our most valued Rights and Freedoms. The fact that the government does not see this, does not investigate, turns a blind eye and a deaf ear to all those who dispute it, proves we are truly in the midst of a global and local effort to rid humanity of the rights we hold so dear. These events are, so far, such a clear parallel to Nazi Germany and even Stalinist Russian, that I fear for the lives of all Canadian citizens. We must fight back. You must fight back.

Each step starts with the possibility of truth. Investigate and you will find such truth.

So the story continues on, marching back into our history.

The War on Air:
Terrorism is All Around Us

In the midst of a foggy field, we find a battle has been fought. Our bloodied and dismembered soldiers lie dead in a pool of lies. The war in Afghanistan is confusing to say the least. Osama Bin Laden was labelled the all seeing, all knowing eye of death. He managed to hit 3 of 4 targets in the US with commercial planes. But since those events and the claims of the US government that he did in fact orchestrate these catastrophes, much evidence has surfaced contradicting the official story. In fact, I have seen so many 9/11 truth videos, films, documents and documentaries, that I’m sure I can recite the entire event sequence by heart.

It again pains me that I feel I must describe these events that lead to Canadian presence in Afghanistan. There are several eerie facts to consider.

- Building 7 collapsed without having been hit by a plane
- The two towers both were reported to have had detonations emanating from them just before and during their collapse
- Two of the flights on that day were off course for 45 minutes or more and were never intercepted by the US air force
- Disturbingly, the man in the video that claims the orchestration of 9/11 is not Osama Bin Laden. In fact, his skin is darker and his nose and eyes are of a different shape

These four key pieces of evidence suggest a conspiracy involving people of power in the United States of America. Our presence in Afghanistan is based upon the conclusion that Al-Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden were involved in the attack.

This is sickening. How could we send good men and women to die without a proper investigation? How could we commit ourselves to destroy terrorism in Afghanistan when the bombers were all of Saudi origins? How do you fight an organization made of civilians, civilians fighting for a political cause? And most importantly, how did it come to the point where I have to ask these questions?

Those 138 Canadian lives that have been lost so far are in vein. The $21 billion dollar defense budget is a travesty. I can’t even begin to describe my emotions, my utter disgust with our governments lack of responsibility and care for Canadian lives and Canadian tax dollars. This war, as you can well guess, has identical traits to the banker bailout. False fear, government spending without adequate cause, new legislation passed taking citizen’s rights and, to top it all off, the burden for such lies fall on honest people.

This must stop now.

Conclusions

We are at odds with a corporate military complex that feeds off of humanity in order to create false perceptions, which have been used to remove human rights. China is this organizations beacon of light. One child policies, execution vans, some of the heaviest censoring know to man. And funnily enough Beijing beats out Toronto for the Olympics.

There are so many other instances of tyranny infecting our nation. Such as Bill C-36 have been passed without consideration of the Criminal Code that already deems terrorism as a crime. The auto-industry bailout, selling the Canadian Tar Sands too cheap for even dirt, NAFTA, NATO and now body scanners in our airports. Although I have not touched heavily on all of the subjects in this letter I will soon. Expect to hear from me again and again; I will provide for you even more detailed examinations of Canadian Law and Canadian freedom.

We are responsible for the lives of all Canadians, we are responsible for our own lives. Show that responsibility by exerting your power to rid us of this cancer. I will fight to the death; as a great man once said: It is better to die as free men than to live as slaves.

Sincerely,
John Kieffer
